About

A small publication with a hard editorial line.

NoahAI exists to make AI easier to understand without hiding where information came from or letting money buy a recommendation.

What NoahAI is

Two things, kept deliberately separate. The tool index is a hand-checked directory of AI products, organized by the job you are trying to get done rather than by category buzzwords. The dispatch is AI news gathered from AI-specific and official feeds, filtered for relevance, summarized in plain language, and always linked back to the original.

What it is not: a scraped list, an SEO farm, or a place where a vendor can buy a better ranking.

Trust and responsible use

NoahAI helps organizations make clearer IT, workflow, and AI decisions. AI may assist with research and drafting, but every customer-facing recommendation is reviewed by a person before delivery. NoahAI does not make clinical, employment, eligibility, legal, or compliance decisions for a customer.

  • Public forms stay high level. Do not submit PHI, client or patient information, person-served records, employee records, credentials, screenshots, exports, production data, internal policy manuals, trade secrets, or financial account details.
  • Customer work stays private. Customer-specific agreements, intake answers, and final reports are delivered privately and are never placed on the public website or in the public website repository.
  • Written approval comes first. Scope, price, deliverables, timing, and terms are confirmed in writing before payment is requested. Work begins only after acceptance and cleared payment or an approved purchase-order arrangement.
  • Advice has boundaries. Services are advisory only. They are not a business associate agreement, legal advice, clinical guidance, a cybersecurity audit or certification, a compliance determination, software implementation, or a guaranteed result.

NoahAI uses original language and current public guidance, including the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, HHS HIPAA Security Rule guidance, and Massachusetts 201 CMR 17.00. These sources inform questions and safeguards; citing them does not mean NoahAI certifies compliance.

Editorial policy

Every story on this site passes through the same pipeline.

  • Gathered. Automated jobs read AI-specific feeds and official company/research feeds from established sources.
  • Filtered. Stories are scored for AI relevance. General technology news is discarded before a human sees it, and the working review queue only shows stories published within the last 48 hours.
  • Held. Nothing publishes without owner approval. Every story starts in the review queue as Pending.
  • Approved. The owner reviews the queue and chooses Approved or Skipped. Approved stories publish automatically after that human decision; anything not approved never publishes. Even approved stories automatically expire from the live news page once they are more than 48 hours old.
  • Attributed. Every published story carries the publication, the journalist's byline where the publisher supplies one, and the exact date and time of publication.

We summarize; we do not reproduce articles in full, and we do not claim publishers' images as our own. Every headline links to the original so the publisher gets the visit. If you are a publisher and would prefer we not link to your feed, write to us and we will remove it.

Corrections

If something here is wrong — a mis-summarized story, a tool that no longer works as described, a broken or misleading link — tell us and we will correct or remove it. A correction that matters will be noted rather than quietly edited.

How tools earn a listing

  • It does one job well enough that we would recommend it to a friend.
  • A person has checked that it exists, works, and is described accurately.
  • Payment never buys an organic listing, a position, or a favourable description.

Ordering in the organic index is not influenced by a commercial relationship.

Affiliate disclosure & privacy

Affiliate links. NoahAI is affiliate-ready, but no tool link currently uses affiliate tracking. If NoahAI joins an affiliate program, affected links will be clearly disclosed and marked as sponsored, and compensation will never change which tools are listed or their organic order.

What we collect. If you subscribe, we store your email address and which page you subscribed from. If you send a commercial inquiry, we store the contact and project details you submit so we can respond to that request. These records are access-controlled and are not publicly readable.

What we do not do. We do not sell or rent subscriber or inquiry contact data. We do not run third-party ad networks or behavioral advertising trackers on this site.

Third parties. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Supabase may store subscriber records, Airtable stores fit-review and commercial-inquiry records, Beehiiv may manage newsletter confirmation and delivery, and Google serves site fonts. Each provider processes information under its own terms and NoahAI's configured access controls.

Unsubscribing. When newsletter delivery launches, every email will include a one-click unsubscribe. You can also write to us and we will delete your address entirely.

Paid work is kept separate from editorial ranking and news approval. Current launch offers are:

  • AI Workflow Audit — practical discovery, prioritized automation opportunities, stack/risk notes, and a 30-day roadmap.
  • Verified Tool Profile — a clearly disclosed commercial vendor profile offered only after editorial acceptance; payment does not guarantee recommendation or ranking.
  • Sponsored Tutorial — a clearly labelled hands-on workflow tutorial that remains honest about limitations.
  • Newsletter Sponsorship Waitlist — sponsorship pricing is offered only after NoahAI can report verified audience and delivery data.

NoahAI will decline anything that requires misrepresenting a product. See current offers and request a conversation →
